(2) Stopping the Transmission and Deleting your Information
We do not provide a means to stop the automatic transmission of your information. We also do not provide a means to delete your information from our servers. If you wish to stop the automatic transmission of your information, please uninstall the App from your device.

3. Provision of Personal Information to a third Party
We will not provide information to a third party without your prior consent, except in the following cases:

We retain your information as follows until the purpose of use is achieved. However, this does not apply when necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, dispute resolution, or contract fulfillment.

7. Disclosure of Personal Information
Upon receiving a request from you to disclose your information held by us, we will disclose such information without delay after verifying your identity. However, if we are not legally obligated to disclose the information, we may withhold all or part of it. Should we decide not to disclose, we will notify you without delay. Please note that a fee of 2,000 yen per request applies for information disclosure requests.
8. Language
The Policy shall be drafted and interpreted in Japanese. In the event of any discrepancy in meaning or interpretation between the Japanese version and any translated version of the Policy, the meaning and interpretation of the Japanese version shall prevail.
