「Reflection!」 Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) stipulate the conditions and other necessary matters for use of “the Service” (as defined in Article 1) provided by NAMICANARU (hereinafter referred to as “we/our/us”) for “the User” (as defined in Article 1).
Article 1 (Definitions)
In theTerms, the meanings of the terms listed in each of the following items shall be as defined in each item.
(1) “The Service” refers to the services provided by us through the application “Reflection!” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) (including web pages and all other services provided by us in connection with the App).
(2) “The User” (hereinafter referred to as “you/your”) refers to a person who uses or intends to use the Service.
(3) “Official website” refers to the web pages of this app operated by us.
(4) “Contents” refer to all information that constitutes the Service (including software, programs for the App, modules, characters, screen designs, scenarios, text, sound effects, etc.).

Article 2 (Agreement to the Terms)
You shall thoroughly read all provisions of the Terms prior to using the Service, and shall only use of the Service after agreeing to all provisions of the Terms. By starting to use the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the Terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use the Service. Please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Article 3 (Eligibility for Use)
1. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Service.
2. If you are a minor or has limited legal capacity, you must obtain the prior consent of a legal representative, such as a parent or guardian, before agreeing to the Terms. If you are a minor or have limited legal capacity and use the Service, your legal representative shall be deemed to have agreed to the Terms.

(6) Disclosing or providing information to a third party regarding malfunctions in the App (including bugs, errors, defects, etc. in programs or data).
(7) Unauthorized access to servers, use of unauthorized tools, distribution of cheat codes or cheat devices, or any other acts that interfere with the operation of the Service, or acts that may interfere with its operation.
(8) Sending or distributing harmful programs such as viruses to us or a third party.
(9) Analyzing, tampering with, modifying, or disassembling, decompiling, or otherwise reverse engineering the content
(10) Reproducing, reprinting, modifying, adapting, displaying, publishing, broadcasting, or performing the contents of the Service without permission
(11) Acts that infringe upon or are likely to infringe upon the right of reputation, the right to privacy, or other legal rights or interests of us or a third party
(12) Making unreasonable demands through threatening behavior, violence, or actions that exceed legal responsibility against us or a third party.
(13) Discriminating against, insulting, or slandering a third party based on race, religion, gender, etc., damaging the reputation or credibility of a third party, or causing trouble to a third party.
(14) Cooperating with or being involved in anti-social forces (This refers to organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, corporate extortionists, or persons equivalent to these, as well as their members.), or soliciting anti-social forces.
(15) Acts that violate laws and regulations, court judgments, decisions, orders, or orders from public institutions, etc.
(16)Criminal acts, illegal acts, acts contrary to public order and morals, or acts that may constitute such acts.
(17) In addition to the items listed in the preceding paragraph, other acts that we deem inappropriate.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
(1) We do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, completeness, or any other aspect of the content, information, game data, or other information provided to you through the Service.
(2) We do not guarantee that the Service is free of defects or viruses, nor that it will be available under all circumstances.
(3) We shall not be liable for any social, mental, or physical injury or damage caused by excessive use of the Service by you.

Article 13 (Business Transfer)
In the event that we transfers the business related to the Service to a third party (including business succession, business transfer, or any other case where the provider of the Service changes), we may transfer the user's contractual status, rights, obligations, and other information of you under the Terms to the transferee of the business in connection with the business transfer. You shall agree to such transfer in advance.

2. In lieu of or in addition to the damages specified in the preceding paragraph, we may implement measures it deems necessary or may request you to implement such measures to recover the damage or return any unjust enrichment obtained by you.
3. In the event that we are liable for damages to you, our liability shall be limited to actual, direct, and general damages incurred by you as a result of our breach of contract or tort, up to a maximum of 1,000 yen. However, this shall not apply in cases where we are guilty of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 15 (Notifications and Inquiries)
1. Notifications regarding the Service will be posted on our Official website.
2. Inquiries regarding the Service will only be accepted through the inquiry form posted on our Official website. However, even if you submit an inquiry, we may refrain from responding at our discretion.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The application of conflicting legal provisions is expressly excluded. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka Summary Court or the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 17 (Language)
The Terms shall be drafted and interpreted in Japanese. In the event of any discrepancy in meaning or interpretation between the Japanese version and any translated version of the Terms, the meaning and interpretation of the Japanese version shall prevail.
